The products are split into 5 categories: Practice management; Accounts production; Taxation; Office administration and Bureau services. In addition Practice Net provides training on all the above products, and full support is given via a call centre.

i2L contract research for third parties in the agrochemicals sector. This involves efficacy data collection on herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, molluscicides and acaricides. The company also offers resistance management and market analysis. The Company is UK Pesticides Safety Directorate accredited, has branches in Newcastle and the Czech Republic, and a Strategic Alliance with Agri2000 in Italy.
